WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES. If you notice a flaw or damage please contact us within 24-48 hours by email at

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We gladly accept merchandise returns under the following conditions: 
*Unworn, unwashed goods may be returned for a full store credit of actual purchase price as long as the tags are attached.

We must receive your merchandise within 14 days from the date your order was placed. 
*If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, laundry detergent, damaged or beyond the time frame of our policy, will be sent back to you without exception.

All items are un-worn, un-washed un-altered and have the original manufacturer tags attached

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Items are received back in our RETURNS DEPARTMENT within 14 days of the original purchase date

Returns received after the 14 day return policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping charges for returns: 
Customers should choose the most economical option for shipping return items to DayVion Boutique. This is typically First Class Mail. Check with your local Post Office for shipping/package rates. Our zip code is 28031. The Post Office will only accept your return shipment to DayVion Boutique “RETURN TO SENDER IF IT HAS NOT BEEN OPENED”. If you have opened your package, it will be necessary to re-package it, re-address it and pay the appropriate postage.

*Please remember, as always, swimwear, undergarments, bandeaus, bras, (silicon nipple covers), and any item marked “final sale” are non-returnable.

DayVion Boutique is not responsible for damage after merchandise has been worn and washed. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR GARMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM!!!! If you find a flaw after the 14 day return policy time-frame we will not be able to return or exchange your item unfortunately.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
